Detect confidence and evidence
The public detect contract now includes confidence (high, medium, or low) and an evidence object that names the disposable layer, source count, and cluster provider when we have them. Integrator SDKs 1.1.0 expose the same fields. Fail open on timeouts and 5xx; treat a 2xx disposable result as a verdict.
