Data correction

Report a domain classification issue

If a domain appears to be classified incorrectly—for example marked disposable when it is a legitimate business host, or missing from relay detection—send us the domain and context. We capture the current detection evidence and route it to staff review before any list change.

Include the full domain (no paths), what you expected to see, and any signup or CRM example that shows the mismatch. Corrections apply to classification data only; they do not change your API keys or billing.

Common reports include business domains flagged as disposable, privacy relays (such as Apple Hide My Email) mislabeled as throwaways, and public consumer domains missing from our public domain set. After review, updates land in the curated data we serve from GET /api/v1/emails/detect. To understand each signal before you report, see the detection overview.

  • We check current signals

Submissions are matched against source lists, DNS snapshots, and cluster data.

  • Staff review before changes

Our team reviews the evidence before making classification changes.
