This Cookie Policy explains how Baker Assets LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on EmailGuard, including our websites, applications, and hosted product surfaces.

Cookies are small files stored on a device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, SDKs, device identifiers, and browser APIs.

Types of technologies we use

We may use the following categories:

Preferences

These technologies remember settings such as theme, language, region, product preferences, and whether a banner or notice has been dismissed.

These technologies help us understand product usage, measure performance, detect errors, debug issues, and improve reliability. They may collect page views, device and browser details, timestamps, referring pages, feature usage, and diagnostic events.

Security and abuse prevention

These technologies help protect accounts and infrastructure, investigate suspicious activity, enforce rate limits, and maintain audit trails.

Billing and checkout

When paid plans, checkout, invoices, or customer portals are used, payment and billing providers may use cookies or hosted fields to provide secure payment functionality.

Third-party technologies

Depending on enabled modules and deployment choices, cookies or similar technologies may be set by providers such as hosting, payments, OAuth, observability, analytics, support, or app distribution providers. The current provider list is described in Subprocessors.

Managing cookies

Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies. If you block strictly necessary technologies, parts of the service may not work, including login, account security, checkout, or preferences.

If we deploy a cookie consent manager for non-essential cookies, you may update your choices through that tool. Browser-level global privacy controls may also be honored where required by law.

Retention

Cookie and local storage durations vary by purpose. Session cookies may expire when a browser closes. Persistent cookies and local storage may remain until their configured expiration, until you clear them, or until they are replaced by updated settings.
